On Sunday evening, Bishop Giovanni Cefai celebrated Mass at the Basilica of the Nativity of Our Lady in Xaghra, following which the statue of the Bambina was carried out of her niche for Our Lady of Victories Feast being celebrated this week.

During the evening on the parvis of the Basilica there was a performance of the musical `Noti mis-Sema,’ organised by the Vocations Group of the parish and enjoyed by the many people who packed into Victory Square to watch the show.
