The annual folder, with the theme this year of  – Old Residential Houses – published by SEPAC (Small European Postal Administration Cooperation, has been launched by MaltaPost.

This tenth folder includes stamps and images from thirteen European postal administrations; Åland, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco and Vatican City.

Each member country, including Malta, has presented stamps depicting old residential houses.
