The Gozo NGOs Association President Saviour Grech, has been elected to the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector (MCVS).

Mr Grech will be occupying the post of Representative of the Gozo VO Sector. The Council of the Gozo NGOs Association has congratulated him on his election to the Council.

The Association explained that as a result of the last year’s amendments to the Act regulating the Voluntary Sector, the new the MCVS Council will now be made up of ten persons: six of which (Saviour Grech, Robert Farrugia, Buttigieg Gertrude, Leslie Bonnici, Felix Farrugia and Dr. Noel Camilleri) have been directly elected, while the remaining four will be nominated by the Ministry Education and Employment.
