Possible changes to the Maltese Electoral System will be discussed by Dr Austin Bencini, at the next public lecture being held at Il-Hagar Museum.

Dr Bencini, who is a senior lecturer in administrative and constitutional law, will talk about steps towards fairer a representation.

The lecture is taking place on Saturday, the 22 of February at Il-Hagar, at 10am.

It will be followed at 11.30am with the opening by Minister Clint Camilleri of a Norma Cili exhibition.

Though entrance to the museum in St George’s Square, Victoria is free, booking for the lecture is recommended at events@heartofgozo.org.mt
