The Government has advised that the Freephone 153 service has now been restored following necessary tests carried out by the service provider.

servizz.gov in a statement, said that it is monitoring the situation to ensure that the service returns to normal.

Apart from the technical failure, 153 also experienced an influx of calls regarding receipt of the additional bonus cheque for bread and milk announced last week.

servizz.gov is asking customers to allow until today, the 18th of February, to receive the cheque by post.

servizz.gov once again apologised for any inconvenience.
