Blood donations are always needed to keep up the reserves required for all blood groups.
With this in mind, the National Blood Transfusion Service is calling on Gozitans who are able, to donate at a session this coming Tuesday, the 10th of March, at the Blood Donation Centre in Xewkija, between 1:00pm to 5:00pm (last registration until 5:00pm).
The donation centre is located at the Xewkija Clinic, in Triq tall- Hamrija, between the Primary School and the Bocci Club.
The Service reminds everyone that it is important to always take your Identity Card, or Driving License or Maltese Passport and to drink plenty of water beforehand.
