The Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri has launched the Facebook page Gozo – Unity in Creativity. This online platform consists of weekly competitions and visual art, with various prices to be won.

This initiative is being organised by the Cultural Heritage Directorate within the Ministry for Gozo to bring joy through visuals and creativity during the current Covid-19 situation.

The Minister said that the purpose of this platform is to elicit creativity and improve communication during this particular period, when many people are spending a lot of time at home, especially children, the elderly and the vulnerable, it serves as a visual and creative art platform where they can find informative material and fill their time educationally.

Every week a different themed competition will be announced. Besides running competitions, various surprises will be organised. including interviews with Gozitan artists and performances by local personalities according to the particular theme of the week.
