Because of embellishment work being carried out on St Francis Square Victoria, the steps that lead down to the bus terminus, although not yet finished, have been opened temporarily for public access.

Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri said that he is convinced that the steps will be a monument of prestige for generations to come.

The mosaic work has been undertaken by the Liturgical Arts Centre, Eikon in Gozo.

Simple question ? Where are the hand rails for the protection and support of the Elderly and Disabled

Most of the elderly and disabled would never make it up all those steps!
        Handy going down though.

Very nice steps and as they are shallow they are easy to use but a “monument of prestige for generations to come” as my father used to say “bull shit baffles brains!”
