A new exhibit highlighting the works of Edward Caruana Dingli on Malta stamps starting in 1922, has been set up by the Gozo Philatelic Society at the Il-Hagar Museum in Gozo.
This latest exhibit is to mark the occasion of a stamp issued in June showing a Gozitan scene of his – the corner known as San Gorg tal-Hagar in the old centre of Victoria. A 1927 print of this watercolour is on show too.
This exhibition can be viewed – together with other temporary exhibitions – during normal opening hours of 9am-5pm seven days a week. There is no entrance fee.
Il Hagar Museum is located in St George’s Square, Victoria.
