Gozo Channel has advised that in view in the reduction of the passenger carriage capacity in line with Covid-19 mitigation measures, the Company has decided that as from Monday, the 28th of September until further notice the 6.45am trip from Mgarr and the 7.30am from Cirkewwa will be operated from Monday to Friday.

The Company added that therefore, on Friday the 7.00am trip from Mgarr is rescheduled to depart at 6.45am.

All scheduled afternoon trips from Cirkewwa between 2.30pm and 3.45pm will be available to accommodate foot passengers and vehicles.

With this change, the Company said that it aims to “minimise the inconvenience to some of its regular commuters who work in Malta, helping them to arrive at work and home at an earlier time by reducing their travelling time.”
