A second ‘lifeline schedule’ has been launched by Air Malta and it will be operating 19 weekly return flights to eight destinations: Amsterdam, Brussels, Catania, Frankfurt, London Heathrow, Paris Charles De Gaulle, Rome and Zurich.
The schedule, the Airline said, is intended to ensure essential passenger and cargo connectivity to and from the Maltese Islands to key airports, and will commence on Wednesday, the 27th of January.
It is for now being introduced until the end of February, Air Malta said, however, following evaluations in the coming weeks on developments throughout Europe, the airline will consider whether to extend it further.
The Airline went on to say that it will continue making changes to its flight schedule to maximise capacity whilst ensuring connectivity.
