The Electoral Commission advises everyone who, on the 31s of March, 2009 were qualified to be registered as voters, of the importance of verifying that their name and particulars have been included in the revised electoral register published on the 17th April, 2009.
Persons who obtained Maltese Citizenship through naturalization or registration and certified dual nationals are entitled to be registered as voters in this register, if on the 31st March, 2009, they had the necessary qualifications in accordance with the Constitution of Malta and Act XXI of 1991. These persons are urged to verify their inclusion in this Electoral Register.
Any person whose name has not been included in this register, or whose particulars appearing in the Register need to be corrected, may appeal to the revising officer up to Friday, the 8th of May, 2009, to have his/her name included in this register, notwithstanding that no prior application may have been made to the Commission for such purpose. Persons intending to appeal to the revising officer may seek assistance at the Electoral Office, St. Elmo Square, Valletta or at the Identity Cards Office, 28A, St Francis Square, Rabat, Gozo.

I am trying to find the where abouts of a family named Bozouteil who in 1944 lived in Rabat Malta the father of the house was a Surgeon at the local hospital. He had an unmarried daughter by the name of Mariny it is likely she married.
I would be grateful for any information you can provide
