The National Blood Transfusion Service has thanked the 26 people who donated blood last Tuesday in Gozo
The Service encouraged other Gozitans to follow their example and please donate blood during the next session which is on Sunday.
Donations can be made at the Centre in Xewkija, on Sunday, the 17th of January from 8am to 1pm (last registration until 1pm).
The donation centre is located at the Xewkija Clinic, in Triq tall- Hamrija, between the Primary School and the Bocci Club.
The Service reminds everyone that it is important to always take your Identity Card, or Driving License or Maltese Passport and to drink plenty of water beforehand. Also, please encourage others to donate if possible.
