50 Reasons to Love Gozo – has just been published by cultural journalist Gabriele Spiller from Ghajnsielem.

Throughout the 100 pages of the, she presents the most beautiful sides of the island, traditions such as the festas, carnival, processions, horse races or a fireworks factory.

There are also interviews, she portrays personalities who work behind the scenes of public attractions such as the Cittadella, Ggantija Temples, the Gaulitanus Festival or the Cathedral Museum. A separate section is dedicated to food.

The book is illustrated with over 70 charming colour photos by Maggie Bajada from Victoria.
