Police said on Sunday that high visibility patrols and enforcement across Malta and Gozo have already started since early this morning, targeting particularly picnic areas and promenades.
It said that several fines were issued yesterday, particularly during the Hamrun “celebrations” and promenades, among others.
The Police also assisted Transport Malta, the Environmental Health Directorate and the Malta Tourism Authority during checks on a boat in Bugibba, several catering establishments, private residences and public buses across the islands.
Police advised that if members of the public come across any breaches in relation to the Covid-19, to please let them know via the Police Headquarters number 21 224 001.

I hope that now the Police don’t enforce one law and let others unchecked .
