Wirt Ghawdex would like to inform the general public that for the Lejlet Lapsi event, which is to be held in Victoria this weekend, it will open, free of charge, two of the sites under its management.

The sites which will be opened for this event are the Gunpowder Magazine and the St. John Demi-bastion, including the nearby silo-pits, at the Citadel in Victoria, and the Mgarr ix-Xini Tower, at Xewija, limits of Ghajnsielem.

These two sites have formed part of some of the restoration projects undertaken by Wirt Ghawdex.

The silo-pits themselves will be opened to the public for the very first time.
