Inquiry report finds no change in Year 11 exam marks - Education MinisterThe inquiry report which has been published on the results of the annual Year 11 examinations finds that there have been no changes in student marks, the Education Ministry has said.

Education Minister Justyne Caruana stated that “the report makes it clear that there has been no change in the marks of these annual examinations of Year 11.”

The Minister had appointed an independent board of inquiry to investigate allegations made by the Teachers’ Union, (MUT) that “there had been a change in the marks in the results of the said examinations.”

Following this report, Minister Caruana said she is satisfied that the report clearly states that there have been no changes in the marks.

She added that the report makes several recommendations for improvements to the system, and while analysing them, she would also see that they are implemented as soon as possible.
