The Union of Professional Educators has advised that the court of Malta have decided in favour of the UPE and against the Ministry of Education, meaning that the Union will be able to issue directives.
The court verdict was on the recent warrant of prohibitory injunction against the UPE.
The Union said that it will be instructing members within the coming hours of actions it will be taking.
