The fight to save Hondoq Bay in Gozo from development to a commercialised yacht marina has been ongoing for the last 19 years.
Qala Local Council Mayor Paul Buttigieg explained that tomorrow, Tuesday, the 30th of November at midday, there will be a ”site visit” by members of the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal – who are to decide on the fate of Hondoq.
He said that they will be there to see the location for themselves and appealed to ”all who love Hondoq to show their support for this cause by attending at that time.”
Buttigieg stated, ”Gozo has lost so much..let’s not lose Hondoq too. Save Hondoq.”
Count me in. Hondoq will be ruined. Thank you mayor Paul.
