Radio Lehen il-Qala have announced that this coming weekend, Saturday the 4th of July and Sunday, the 5th of July, they will be holding a two day fund raising campaign to raise funds for the studios.

The campaign will consist of two full days where a donation can be made and at the same time the various activities that will take place during the weekend can be enjoyed.

The activities on Saturday morning will include a carwash, a football tournament and a number of different games for children. On Saturday evening a Barbecue is planned to take place in the small village square.

On Sunday there will be a sale of plants taking place in the morning and a tombola session will be held in the afternoon. The studios will also be open during the campaign weekend so that visitors can take a look around and enjoy the atmosphere.

Emigrants will be able to join in the weekend as well, and may make donations by visiting the donations section on www.radjulehenil-qala.com .

Radio Lehen il-Qala said that they thanked everyone for their continual generosity to the radio station.
