Another two men and one woman have tested postive for the A (H1N1) swine flu virus in Gozo, in what would appear to be a person to person outbreak.

The three had attended Gharb feast with the teenage girl who was confirmed as having contracted the disease yesterday.

The number of confirmed cases now stands at 24, 6 of these cases are located in Gozo itself.

An eight-year-old girl and a baby, both Britons, were also confirmed as confirmed swine flu cases in Gozo last week. They are unrelated.

Anyone who is currently feeling any of the symptoms is urged not to go to hospital emergency departments or clinics, instead they should stay at home and contact a doctor, or contact the swine flu helpline on 21324086.
