106 new Covid-19 cases have been recorded on the Public Health Department open source database in the last 24 hours. There were also 2 new deaths registered.

Active cases in Malta and Gozo are now at 4,030. This brings the total number of cases in the Maltese Islands since the start of the pandemic to 112,089.

No information is available for the number of Covid positive patients in hospital. There have been a total of 785 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

There were 1,131 tests taken over the past 24 hours, making a positivity rate of 9.37%. Tests carried out at home are not included in the figures.
