A 28-year old Ethiopian man has been arrested by Police in Gozo after being involved in an argument at a Sannat residence.
Police said that they were informed by the Gozo General Hospital at around 6.30pm on Saturday evening that a man had been admitted with grievous injuries.
From preliminary investigations Police found that the injured man, a 36-year old Somali, who lives in Zebbug, had sustained injuries to his face after being hit with a broken bottle during an argument.
The 28-year old man was arrested by Police a short time later from the residence located in Triq it-Tin, Sannat.
Police investigations are ongoing.
