World Children’s Day 2022 is being celebrated in Sannat on Sunday with activities organised by the Sannat Local Council. This year it will be in aid of The Malta Community Chest Fund.

UNICEF’s World Children’s Day is celebrated on the 20th of November every year, and was first established in 1954 with the aim of promoting international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide, and improving children’s welfare. This year’s theme is – Inclusion, for Every Child.

In Sannat, there will be an adventure park, multiplay, merry-go-round, target shooter, rock climbing, balloon modelling, face/hand painting, cartoon characters, pony rides, a rope walk by the Malta Cadets, a magician and train rides. So plenty for everyone to have a fund afternoon out.

The date to keep free is Sunday, the 20th of November, between 1pm and 5pm, at Triq Ta’ Cenc (in front of Hotel Ta’ Cenc) Sannat.

The Council said that in case of bad weather, this activity will be held the following Sunday, 27th November, same time and place.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
