120 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during November, this was down 33 on October, but down 107 on November 2022.
Data released today by the National Statistics Office today show that in the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, there were 71 final deeds of sale, down 8 on October, and down by 29 on November last year.
While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija there were 49, this was down 25 on October and down by 78 on November 2022.
The NSO noted that promise of sale agreements in the Gozo and Comino District numbered 138, down by 31 agreements on October and by 32 on the same month last year.
In the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, the promise of sale agreements totalled 71, down by 7 from October, and by 21 on last year.
While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija, the figure was 67, down by 24 on October and by 11 on November last year.
