A comprehensive survey, seeking the perspectives of young individuals on the European Union, has been launched by the Malta National Youth Council.
KNZ said that this survey is an integral part of its “Empower Youth Voices – MEP Elections Edition” project, a strategic initiative to enhance youth engagement, informed discourse, and political participation in the lead-up to the MEP elections.
“Empower Youth Voices – MEP Elections Edition” is about cultivating a culture of activism and awareness among the youth. Through educational initiatives, KNZ said that it aims to equip young individuals with the knowledge and skills needed for informed decision-making in the political sphere.
This survey is anonymous to capture the views, concerns, and aspirations of Malta’s youth regarding the European Union. “It is a vital element of our broader campaign, aimed at creating a dynamic platform for youth engagement,” said KNZ.
This campaign seeks to empower the youth by addressing key issues and engaging political candidates in substantive discussions.
Through events, forums, and interactive sessions, KNZ said it aims to bridge the gap between young individuals and political candidates, encouraging informed participation and demystifying the political process.
The Malta National Youth Council is inviting all young people in Gozo and Malta to contribute to this transformative movement by participating in the anonymous survey.
“Your opinions matter, and your voices deserve to be heard. By doing so, you contribute to shaping the narrative and influencing the political landscape in Malta,” it said.
