The Award in Youth Leadership training programme by Agenzija Zghazagh is once again taking place in Gozo, aimed at 16 to 18-year olds.

This course is designed to enable young people in Gozo to develop their leadership potential.

This award aims to help participants understand what leadership is and the different styles of leadership, how to communicate effectively, the importance of strategic planning and active citizenship.

All sessions in the programme are interactive, with plenty of space for activities and discussions, allowing the young people to engage with the material and develop their skills in a fun and engaging way.

The programme’s comprehensive curriculum, interactive sessions, and engaging activities make it an ideal choice for the young people looking to enhance their leadership skills.

The Level 3 Award includes the following modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Leadership

Module 2: Communicating Effectively

Module 3: Strategic Planning

Module 4: Civic Responsibilities and Active Leadership

The 10-week course starts, Monday, the 15th of January, from 4:30pm till 7:00pm.
