Transport arrangements for a sold-out Aïda The Teatru tal-Opra Aurora would like to announce that all tickets for the single performance of Aïda have been sold out including the last minute additional issuance of upper tier tickets.

The Gozitan theatre would like to inform its patrons that they can leave their private vehicles in Cirkewwa Malta prior to the 6pm ferry on opera day. Transport organised by the theatre will be available from Mgarr Terminal to the theatre before the opera, and back, free of charge. Patrons wishing to utilise this service are kindly requested to book their seats by calling +356 21559452 / +356 21562974 or by emailing info@leone.org.mt.

Finally, it is pertinent to note that the opera commences at 7.30pm. Doors will be opened at 6.30pm. The Gozo Channel ferry company has agreed to provide an extra trip after the performance leaving Gozo at 12am for the benefit of Maltese patrons who wish to cross back to Malta that same night.

Aïda is being produced under the distinguished patronage of H.E. Dr George Abela, President of Malta, at the Aurora Theatre in Victoria Gozo, on Saturday, October the 10th 2009.
