Police have arrested a 37-year-old man from Ghana following an argument with another man in Victoria, Gozo, on Monday morning.

The arrested man allegedly pushed the other causing him to fall a height of around one storey.

The incident happened at around 9.30am in Giorgio Borg Olivier Street, close to the main Victoria bus terminus.

The injured man was taken to the Gozo General Hospital, his identity and condition are not yet known.

Police investigations are ongoing.
