Now that summer is here, the Police have issued some advice on protecting valuables from theft while at the beach.
The ”simple yet effective tips” will help keep belongings safe:
Leave Valuables at Home: Don’t take them with you or avoid showing them off.
Use Anti-Theft Bags or Alarms: A little precaution goes a long way.
Keep an Eye on Your Belongings: Stay vigilant.
Bury in Sand and Cover with a Towel: Which, as the Police said, is an old but effective trick.
