Three Gozitan siblings, two of whom are twins, have all graduated in the same week.

The University of Malta said that with a bond as strong as their determination, the story of the Scerri siblings is one of mutual support, shared dreams, and a celebration of family pride.

Stefan graduated on the 18th of November with a Bachelors in Built Environment.

Anna graduated on the 19th of November with a BA in History of Art with Fine Arts.

Martha graduated on the 20th of November with a Bachelors in Psychology.

Although Stefan is a year older than the twins, the three siblings made sure to support each other throughout the way, with Anna saying she feels very lucky to have shared not just an apartment with her siblings for the duration of her studies, but to have shared such a milestone with two of the most important people in her life.

Like all siblings, there have been quite a few disagreements, Martha was quick to add, but that made them able to relate to each other even more.

UM said that proud parents Edward and Christine, as well as the graduates’ younger sister, Maria, joined in the celebrations this week “as they beamed with joy and expressed their gratitude to all who, in some way or another, helped achieve this remarkable accomplishment.”
