MaltaPost p.l.c. has announced that it has acquired two prestigious awards for ‘Excellence in Training & Development’ and ‘Excellent HR Initiative.’ With the achievement of these two awards, the effort of MaltaPost p.l.c. in giving training and its Human Resources Department were measured and compared to international standards. The awards were presented at a ceremony during the eighth Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD) awards night.

During the past year MaltaPost p.l.c. said it has invested substantially in the training of its staff, both on job related subjects and on other topics for personal development. An intensive program was introduced through which Human Resources officials met with all members of staff, discussed and accepted suggestions on how to improve the place of work and the services that they offer.
