During the fourth quarter of last year, the Residential Property Price Index stood at 165.22, a rise of 5.2% when compared to the corresponding quarter of 2023, the National Statistics Office said today.

It noted that the Apartments Price Index and the Maisonettes Price Index stood at 165.34 and 157.53, registering annual increases of 5.0% and 5.2% respectively.

In the period under review the RPPI registered no change in prices when compared to the third quarter of 2024.
