Earlier this afternoon, an 80-year-old Kercem man was seriously injured after becoming trapped under his tractor whilst manoeuvring it at his field.
Police said that the man was initially treated at Gozo General Hospital, but has since been taken to Mater Dei Hospital in Malta for further treatment.
Athough the man sustained serious injuries, his condition is understood to be stable.
