At the weekend, a group of around 50 children and adults enjoyed a lovely, entertaining morning at the Gozo Stables, Qala, in an event organised by the Qala Local Council.

The visit included a range of fun and educational activities such as horse rides, feeding the animals, and milking sheep and goats.

Those attending also had an opportunity to watch traditional cheese-making using the fresh milk that had just been collected on the spot.

The Local Council said that the event provided an engaging and hands-on experience for all ages, and the morning ended with a pleasant lunch shared by everyone. “It was a memorable and enjoyable outing for both children and adults alike.”
