The Gozo Business Chamber (GBC) and the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalise their collaboration in the field of digital innovation.

The MoU was signed by MIDA CEO Kenneth Brincat and the Gozo Business Chamber CEO Daniel Borg.

The Chamber explained that the agreement outlines key areas of cooperation between the two entities, aimed at fostering idea generation and early-stage entrepreneurial growth, as well as facilitating the exchange of strategic knowledge to create an enabling environment for innovation and business development in Gozo.

It pointed out that this cooperation is already taking shape through this year’s Youth4Entrepreneurship contest, which is focusing on digital innovation.

The Gozo Business Chamber concluded by saying that the MoU reflects the joint commitment of both organisations to support digital innovation and sustainable economic development in Gozo.
