The Levant Music Festival returns to Gozo next month, taking place on Saturday, the 13th of September, in Xewkija Square, from 8pm until midnight.

Minister for Gozo and Planning Clint Camilleri said that “the Levant festival is a celebration of music, culture and local talent that has become an integral part of Gozo’s cultural and tourism calendar. Festivals such as this help us continue to shape Gozo’s cultural identity as a vibrant, lively, and talented island.”

This year, entertainment at the festival will be provided by The Big Band Brothers, Jolene Samhan and a number of other established singers.

Minister Camilleri thanked all those involved in the organisation, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage within the Ministry for Gozo and Planning, the local council, the festival organisations and the volunteers who work tirelessly every year to make this event a success.

Also present was the Mayor of Xewkija Simona Refalo who joined Minister Clint Camilleri in encouraging everyone to attend this unique festival in Xewkija.
