For young engaged couples & newlyweds are being bonded with exaggerated costs that will last a lifetime of repayments. This is absurd as before it may have been low, now greed has taken over since the European Court handed a free hand to owners exploitations. I do believe that the Government has a duty to see that a just & fair payment system is implemented for both sides. Abuse has never been beneficial to the general public or any administration.
