The Tourism Studies Association of the University of Malta is holding its annual conference next Tuesday, the 24th of March, at the Hotel Phoenicia, Floriana, starting at 9.00am.

The theme of this year’s half-day conference is Career Progression in the Aviation Industry. A number of aviation industry experts will deliver keynote speeches on the vast range of job opportunities available in this fast developing sector.

The chosen theme is most appropriate as Malta celebrates 100 years of aviation activity this year. The theme follows on last year’s highly successful conference that dealt with job prospects in Malta’s tourism industry.

The conference is open to the general public and in particular students and university staff are most welcome to attend.
