Minister for Gozo and Planning Clint Camilleri has reiterated that the Government is to establish a task force “whose main objective will be the improvement of the port of Mgarr.”

The Minister was replying to a Parliamentary Question tabled in Parliament on Monday by Shadow Minister for Gozo Chris Said, who asked what had been done so far and what the future plans are regarding the expansion of the port of Mgarr and its surroundings.

The Gozo Minister stated that “specifically, the improvement that the task force will focus on is the expansion and improvement of the services offered at the Port of Mgarr. In addition, the task force will also focus on how to improve access to and from the port of Mgarr.”
