The housing market activity in Gozo remained reasonably stable in September, although the island once again registered the second lowest figures for final deeds of sale from the regions at 134, this figure was down on the previous month, but up on last year.

National Statistics Office data released today revealed that 134 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during September. This figure was down by 18 on August, but up by 21 on September 2024.

Promise of sale agreements in Gozo registered 152, up by 9 agreements on August and by 27 on September last year.
