San Lawrenz Local Council has welcomed 14 foreign delegates to the locality for a 2-day seminar on National Rules for Energy Communities.
The meeting explored how different EU countries have transposed the Energy Communities Directive, paying special attention to energy management in small islands – both interconnected and non-interconnected.
The San Lawrenz Local Council expressed its gratitude to MIEMA – the Malta Intelligent Energy Management Agency, for choosing San Lawrenz for this project and as the venue for this important discussion on sustainability and clean energy.
“We look forward to sharing our own local experiences and good practices in sustainable energy and community development,” said the Council.
