As from next week the Malta Red Cross Gozo branch will be offering food hygiene and food handling courses including HACCAP at its premises in Gozo.

The courses and tutors have been approved by the Department of Health & Certifcates issued are in accordance with LN178 of 2001.The courses are intended for all those who work within the catering and food preparation industry .
