During the meeting of the PN Executive Committee held this evening, the officials of the Nationalist Party for the next two years were appointed, in accordance with the Party’s statute.

The elections were held during the meeting, with members of the Executive voting for seven different posts.

The results were as follows:

Charles Bonello was appointed to the role of PN Secretary General

Mary Anne Lauri was appointed President for Political Research

Chris Said was appointed President for Social Dialogue

Joseph Grech was appointed Chairperson of the Executive Committee

Graham Bencini was appointed Chairperson of the Administrative Council

Beppe Galea was appointed to the role of International Secretary

Veronica Perici Calascione was appointed Treasurer

The PN said that nominations for these posts were received by the Electoral Commission of the Nationalist Party between Tuesday, the 6th and Friday, the 9th of January.
