A survey of Malta stamps showing the Gozo Boat is now on display at the Gozo Philatelic Society showcase on level -1 at Il-Hagar Museum in Victoria.
The GPS said that these began in 1899 but this year is the centennial of the 1926 boat. This display was prepared by a GPS committee member Mark Poulton who also included interesting details in his write-ups.
There is no entry fee at the Museum which is located in St George’s Square, with normal opening hours of 9am to 5pm seven days a week. The Gozo Boat exhibits will remain on display till the end of May.
