After the success of previous editions, Rock’n 4 Animals returns this year with a powerful new concept “Unplugged” bringing together music and activism in support of animal shelters and rescue organisations across Malta.

Organised by Vuci ghall-Annimali, the event will take place on Friday, the 8th of May, at Teatru Salesjan, Sliema, offering a more intimate and immersive experience that brings audiences closer to both the music and the cause.

The concert aims to raise essential funds and awareness for the growing challenges faced by animal shelters and rescuers on the island. From rising veterinary costs to increasing cases of abandonment, the burden on those working in animal rescue continues to intensify.

This year’s Unplugged edition will feature performances by Klinsmann, Kersten Graham, Claudia Faniello, 13 Years Later, and other local artists, delivering raw, stripped-back sets in a unique theatre setting.

Vuci ghall-Annimali explained that unlike traditional concerts, Rock’n 4 Animals is rooted in purpose ensuring that while attendees enjoy a meaningful night out, they are also directly contributing to real, tangible change.

Tickets are available in two categories:

General Admission (standing or seated, unallocated)

VIP Tickets, which include reserved parking (limited availability)

Due to the nature of the venue, capacity is limited, making this a more exclusive experience.

Vuci ghall-Annimali is also calling on NGOs, activists, and the public to support the initiative by spreading awareness and highlighting the realities faced by animal shelters across Malta.

“Animals first” remains at the heart of this initiative – ”not just in words, but in action,” the organisers said.
