The bad weather last night failed to dampen the spirit of the majority of the crowds visiting Victoria for the Friday night activities of Lejlet Lapsi Notte Gozitana, which were held in various locations throughout the city. 
Some of the events had to be cancelled due to the conditions, but those taking place in Independence Square, the Citadel and the bus terminus went ahead as planned.
