The message from the publishers of Azure, a local magazine dedicated to diving and watersports is “Don’t Delay, Dive Into Azure today! “

Azure was first published by Island Scene Ltd, a year ago, the company said the issue was a great success and the aim is to build on that for 2011 edition.

“Aimed at all who enjoy life in the open and love being above and below the water, Azure reflects the thrill of watersports and the social life that thrives around it,” said publisher Gary Manders.

“It reflects everything good about these islands. Whether it’s fish ‘n’ chips in Marsalforn or fine dining in Portomaso, Azure has it covered. In the 2011 edition you’ll find the usual detailed guides to the best dive sites. There are also pieces on Maltese fishing traditions plus the history of one of Malta’s favourite waterpolo teams,” he added.

“Azure leans amore towards Gozo simply because it is based and born there, home of the majestic Azure Window and Inland Sea,” the publishers said.

“We want people to treat Azure as their magazine,” said Mr Manders. “So, if you want to share your tales of a memorable dive or boat trip, tell us about a great bar or restaurant or just reflect on what makes these islands so special, let us know and we’ll feature your stories in future editions.”
