Information on voting documents not yet receivedThe Electoral Commission notifies those persons whose name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2010 and who have not yet received their voting document for the National Referendum, that they may call personally and present their identity card at the Police Station in the same locality indicated in the same Electoral Register to collect their voting document during the days and office hours indicated below:

from Tuesday 26th April to Sunday 22nd May:

Mondays to Fridays: between 4.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m.

Saturdays and

Sundays 1st, 8th and 15th May: between 8.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

Sunday 22nd May: between 8.00 a.m. and noon

In the locality of St Paul’s Bay voting documents canl be collected from the Qawra Police Station, while for the localities of Iklin, Lija, Marsaskala, Pembroke, Pieta’, Swieqi, Ta’ Xbiex and Fontana, voting documents shall be collected from the Local Council Office. All applicants must show their identity card.

Every voter should ensure that the voting document is in his possession as nobody shall be allowed to vote without it on referendum day, Saturday 28th May, 2011.
