As part of the Government’s commitment to encourage a greater use of renewable sources, the Ministry of Resources and Rural Affairs has recently announced another Grant Scheme for the purchase of solar water.

This grant is estimated to support around 2,000 families with a maximum grant of €400 for each family.

This scheme is in line with the Government’s eco-Gozo vision, that of utilising renewable energy and reducing the dependency on fossil fuel.
